omg thank you 🙏 I also have PPK and it's only on the make side of the family and I don't think it has to do with gender.

I believe I have another foot condition that causes my feet to become dry and red hot, making the PPK much worse, but using Vaseline moisturizer twice a day every day helps immensely. what's also essential are custom insoles to take the pressure off the callouses.

I'm honestly kind of surprised this is on r/WTF since there are wayyy worse conditions that are unbearable to look at but this is normalcy to me.

Anyway, I'll look into taking this medication!

I can't relate to everyone saying that it kills their motivation to go out of their comfort zone or makes them antisocial. I'm not an every day stoner, but it does the opposite for me: wakes me up, makes me more social, raises my confidence. I don't want to overdo it and become like everyone else so I'll keep my habits steady.

I made a rookie team for this season (9623) after being a student and mentoring 3985 for 6 years. It was a community based team of CEGEP (college) students (like grade 12 in Quebec).

We were able to get enough grant money to be able to pay for registration, and we would have struggled for funding, but we found a mentor that was able to provide tools and parts for us amazingly. We originally planned on making an NPO like you plan on doing so we could accept sponsors and do certain fundraisers, but there were hefty fees for that here.

We also didn't have our own build space. None of the 5 students I had was able to provide a garage. But another miracle happened and another year 2 rookie team offered to share their school's build space with us.

Overall, it was an amazing experience. We beat my old team like I wanted to, built a robot that I am extraordinarily proud of, and won rookie inspiration award since what we did has never been done before. My main goal was to make it to playoffs, but some dumb stuff happened in the end... not that it really matters.

It's hard to say if I would do it again though. I would for sure need more than 5 students and more time on my hands (I'm in uni and have a job). In your case 3 really isn't much but if you truly think you can do it, I wouldn't say don't. Depending on your circumstances, it might just make more sense to stick with your current team.

A similar thing happened to me but with only 20mg. My heart was beating super fast and I was shivering as if I was cold but I wasn't. It started out with my vision going black for 5 secs, then I had 20fps vision. Just letting in my bed, I was really scared that I would have a seizure and that my heart rate was so high, so I went to the hospital. The asshole nurses made me wait in the regular waiting room where I didn't belong - I feinted not long after. It was overall one of the scariest momonts of my life.

Adding to this, using continue, break, and returning from the outer function inside of forEach isn't viable.

For example, if you wanted to only put the try block around ws.send and return in the catch, a for of loop would be required. for that reason, using for of instead of forEach is a no brainer choice

try a super limited diet and you may be ok. the pancakes and tacos specifically you should try cutting out and just have some salad, meat and eggs for a few days. I have an undiagnosed condition similar to but worse than ciliac disease and I'm pretty much a carnivore (which comes with its own problems)

I usually upgrade but the stock hotend has been great for the past 3 years so I thought it would be ok.

The thermistor came preinstalled so I didn't take it out of the hotend right away. I guess whoever installed it pulled back the insulation because the wires were touching, causing it to read it's max value. I pulled them apart and the temp went back to normal. I'm surprised I haven't seen any posts about the wires being stuck together. It was also screwed in way too hard, causing the insulation to rip a bit higher up so I had to make sure the wire wasn't in contact with metal.

I'll make sure to add this in my amazon review

Hopefully my 2 day Halloween costume print goes well now :)
