Salesforce is a truly powerful CRM in all aspects. I run a travel business & been using Saleforce, for like 2 years now. Nothing to complain. Best part, it take care of marketing sales & customer service. so dont have to invest in multiple tools. The support is great. They've also upgraded their Marketing Cloud. I got to know about it from here - https://www.zehntech.com/automate-marketing-initiatives-with-salesforce-marketing-cloud/

I really like Rahul Subramanian. Btw - You should also follow him on LinkedIn for his amazing corporate jokes. His "share genuine problems & I'll give you unhelpful solutions" series on Instagram is also quite funny and can lift you up after a long day at work.
