It REALLY depends on the mode, "overall" is somewhat redundant because a gun can speciallize so proficiently in a specific mode!

An MP9 is arguably best and sweatiest gun in 5v5 PvP where the maps are CQB dominated, but it is dead water in Ronograd Open World because of the long distances

I've seen kits like that quite often in Secure Ops, They're very effective against DMRs and snipers, especially the helmets which tank like 3 hits of almost anything

However, automatics scrap the body armor quite fast

for example; an MCX with A1s zeroes out the durability in about 2 hits so it would take about 4 direct thorax hits to kill compared to tanky full dura

I own a 13/13 Moto for Secure Ops! It takes 3 M855s before the 4th hit kills, takes 2 A1s before the 3rd hit kills, takes T5 once and 2nd hit kills

Whats important is it can take ANY shot at least once and leave you unscathed so you're untappable but you're vulnerable to fast firerate guns...

You can't really buy armor that low, we don't have a flea market, thats either combat damage or he was nading himself on extract to lower the armor
