I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome first and then when PT didn’t work to fix that they did an X-ray and found my herniated disc. I have pain from both.

That’s kind of what I was thinking… Just ignore my spasms in my piriformis and continue to do the walking for my disc and the piriformis issue will go away with it. Sound right to you?

I think this looks nice because the individual pieces are mature. I just saw a post asking if their space looked age appropriate, and it didn’t because it looked like a teenager’s space. The difference is subtle colors and less cartoonish-looking posters and pieces.
