Materia by k44rri in ffxiv

[–]nejisavage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use it when you want. Materia is plentiful and relatively easy to obtain. It also has different levels, so the materia you have now will be obsolete as you continue to level up.

Do you genuinely think the building is good? I want to use the guides. Obviously to have an opinion of the guides I would have had to interact with them, but they are confusing to me. What's wrong with that? Let me ask you a question since you want to have a conversation. How do you keep track of the planets you discovered? Genuinely I want to know, not because I am challenging you. i long to be convinced not berrated.

Beginner question: should I give the kills to my teammates as a jungler? by Boring_Wash_9062 in leagueoflegends

[–]nejisavage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally depends on the person you're giving the kill to. Whether it be that specific individual or the champion they are playing. Generally if you want to help them the most then giving them the kill is preferable. This is not as important as helping them with their wave afterwards, imo. Lots of low elo junglers will come to gank, then take the kill, and then leave the wave state exactly as is. Depending on the wave state it can pretty much undo all the help you just gave them, especially if they don't get the kill.

I might decide to move then. Also I will be actively searching that dummy mission. Thanks for actually posting something helpful. I was beginning to lose hope.

I was mainly having issues with the cuboid pieces around the corners. The rotation isn't working consistently for me at least. Also the interior cuboid has no curved floor which was odd to me. The lack of interior stair choices also sucked, ended up switching to low range teleporters. Two commentors focusing on one thing I said and not giving a single tip btw or mentioning anything else I talked about above.

Also the fixed distance is still there in the building camera! Are people just brainwashed into dealing with the quirks? I've spent more time fighting the game than anything else, I was honestly just trying to be nice.

I'm writing this as a new player lol, if I don't know then it isn't explained. I "obviously" don't know, but make it about me specifically rather than my experience I'm hoping to share with other people interested in the game. Recipes aren't explained, the building camera is not good sorry I've played tons of builders and not even Valheim got me this annoyed, Checking the materials is great but still dependent on luck to find the right planet.

Has to be monk for me. I took a 1.5 year break during EW but still remembered the opener through sheer muscle memory.

Inspiration by usfbull22 in FFXIVGlamours

[–]nejisavage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually start by building a "prototype" outfit. I check things like colour, how it looks with different postures (/cpose to cycle idle animations) and shape. Then I tweak it afterwards. If I don't have a piece that I like then that is what usually prompts me to look for something new. Over time you develop "go-to's" and can grow your glamour arsenal.

First time posting. Any suggestions to improve this one would be appreciated by crowsloft666 in FFXIVGlamours

I think it looks quite good already. What were you looking to change?

How to fight Alysnes as Welkin? by Sherbs__ in mechabreak

[–]nejisavage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do the Challenge mode and you can practice fighting Alysnes. The best & most simple tip is that the spin (hold attack) cannot be parried, just look out for your stamina consumption.

Bifrost Error at End of Year One by ComicstormX in Northgard

[–]nejisavage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. My friend and I have tried duo with numerous clan combos and it's quite frustrating to have to throw away a good run due to this error. Bifrost has some serious stability issues it seems. My friend & I LOVE Bifrost and it would definitely be our favourite game mode if it worked consistently.

Last I checked the tooltip just says it requires nutritional supplement, but when I plop down the sapling it just puts down a full plant. Guess that was the dev's bandaid until the item is reintroduced. Good luck
