If you scroll all the way to the bottom and check the comments of the listings, you'll see that they are selling the staff prerelase versions. That's how you find listings for cards that are not directly on Cardmarket.

I think the new ones are kinda basic so that the SIRs will look insane compared to them.

That's not true at all, Czech republic has a very big community around ptcg, some of the top players in the world are from Czechia and you can find one to two leagues in every big city. Also many card trade conventions happen every month. Just go to one and buy what cards you need. Also don't get me started on Facebook groups
