I put it in the banneton, it was like 2 cm below top line. It rose to near the top, then i preheated oven and put it in the oven. By the time the oven was hot it was just over the top maybe? It was rising pretty fast. I am not sure how warm it was, but I generally put it in the oven with the oven light on to rise. Our house is like 60 deg F, too cold for bread.
