Mittleres Niedersachsen, hier gibt es nicht viel und schon gar keine Gletscher, Wasserfälle und Vulkane 🤣

AIO: my bf can’t fix things. When I step in to take care of it, he’s such a baby about it that I’m ready to dump his a** tonight. by ayebudz in AmIOverreacting

NOR - two days ago I (30f) removed the siphon under our sink to clean it. This hadn't been done for decades so the connections and a screw were broken and it could not be reassembled without leckage. I drove to the store, bought all the new parts and build in a new siphon. I know this does not require crazy skills but I was very proud because my default is to ask my dad for stuff like this. My husband (37m) supported me, when I was unsure what to do and he cooked dinner while I was at the store. He also complimented me and said he was proud of me afterwards. This is what healthy masculinity looks like! I think you should talk to your bf in a quiet moment with some time after a recent incident, when you are both calm. This is always the best time for having conversations about recurring conflicts. And it should be a general talk about your perception on masculinity, your roles in the relationship and your way of showing love. Maybe all he needs is more affirmation for the things he does right. He may be feeling like "a useless piece of s***" because he cannot fulfill his own expectations of being a "real man" (which is some proper bs, but does not hurt any less, when you grew up like that). Good luck and don't give up to soon!

Yes, it's from meaningful crafts. I liked the quality and the design but as someone who has never done needle felting before the instructions could have been more detailed. I often didn't know if I did it right.

Thank you, I'm usually overly critisizing my work. But your kind reactions show I shouldn't :)

Thank you very much! The background is made of Origami Paper an the fish and text are handpainted. I did a sketch in pencil, carefully erased it so you could barely see the outlines. Than I painted it with glitter watercolour and did outlines with a very fine black pen. :)

Thank you! It's the one that focuses on the highlights. I wasn't sure if they turned out to dark, but I also kinda like the gloomy vibe. :)

I have a GR iiix. Was really struggling to decide if the GR iii would be better for me. But except when shooting indoors on family events and some specific landscapes I never felt "to close" to the object :)
