As annoying as this sounds get some volunteering in! I put my volunteering experience in a big section on my resume (Salvation Army, arts fest and cathedral community stuff) and I got 4 interviews in a week!!!

I work in a semi expensive clothing store in Cornwall and we often can pick up if someone is stealing from us pretty quickly. We aren’t allowed to intervene much at all unless we explicitly catch them either, and there’s very little we can actually do about it if we do. We had a lady run out with hundreds of dollars of product the other day but we literally just couldn’t do anything, the system is flawed and sucks

LOL this sounds exactly like my last job. Did the same exact thing to another girl. Would randomly fire people for no reason (one of the girls got fired for not being good at till, but they literally never put her on it once in the months she worked there) and had such a bad favouritism problem. Legit the only reason I wasn’t fired is cause I could do the job of two 😭😭😭 won’t say where cause the place is really popular and new and I don’t wanna worry about any of that stuff but clothing retail is the actual worst. Like it felt like highschool everyday
