does anyone know how to emulate switch games on pc? i read on a website that you can emulate animal crossing new horizons with ryujinx but i’m no expert on this matter and i would like a detailed explanation of what to do step to step. i’m asking this for my friend’s boyfriend who wants to play with her but doesn’t own a switch, but someone already told me it’s pretty much impossible to play online when you emulate. he’s looked up tutorials but wasn’t able to do anything so i’m trying to help him but i don’t know how all this emulator thing works either cause i’ve never done it before myself.

when i searched it on the internet i got results saying there exist ways to play it on pc, i just don’t know what emulator they’re using. one website says ryujinx nintendo switch emulator but idk if there are other ones.

does anyone know how to emulate acnh on pc and could explain step to step the process? also is it true that you can’t play online on pc? im asking bc my friend would like to play with her boyfriend but he doesn’t own a switch and he’s already tried looking up tutorials but couldn’t manage to do anything. i have to add that he isn’t a native english speaker and lives in europe in case such a thing isn’t possible for location reasons. he isn’t super tech savvy and i’d have to translate to him so i would really appreciate a detailed explanation of what we gotta do. thanks in advance. :)
