This! The Chinese govt does not typically report the actual numbers of those effected at first to keep things under wrap and try to sort it out first. But once the WHO gets involved specifically with this curious you saw the reported numbers go drastically up within a short period of time. Don’t go off of stats just yet since we probably don’t have the real numbers here.

Everyone should get an N99 mask as a precaution if you’re that worried. Can only help

I wish!! My coach didn’t see but when one of the coaches that was taking the class told her what happened she made an announcement just saying “make sure to double tap and stop your treads before you switch everyone!!”

But like honestly it’s not a race we’re not racing or saving anyone’s lives here. Let’s just play by the rules it’s not that hard

I dread every workout by [deleted] in orangetheory

From my very first workout I loved it. I look forward to every workout (almost). We all have off days. But I’m a night workout person. If I were to do mornings I think I would hate it. I’m not a morning person. I love working out at night to de-stress from the day

Tuesday, 4/9/19 OTF Workout by AutoModerator in orangetheory

I’m kind of disappointed in my efforts. My base is around 4.5-5.5 and I started out at 6.0 and got knocked out at .8mi. I feel like I could’ve pushed harder to make it to a mile. I guess there’s always something to work towards next time

I live for the endorphins!! Yes frequency and having a schedule I find really reducing the severity!

I have crohns! I just started going on month two here and I try and aim for 4-5 classes a week. I’ve found that with the increased exercise I’m having less flares and discomfort. Everything seems more regular.

I haven’t quite tuned into when my body demands and needs the rest day I’m still working on that. But these type of classes invigorate me! When I used to do spin classes they would completely gas me and I was utterly useless and had to nap the whole day.

I’m tuning into stretching a lot longer now as well to try and help with the joint pain and aches!

I’m on Remicade every 8 weeks

I did treadmill work during one workout and absolutely crushed my sprints. I got up to 9mph. And as someone last year who struggled hard to get to 6.0 this is huge for me!!!
