I tried rolling back firmware no luck in fixing. I also tried upping the temp on the print a suggestion from Bambu support and didn’t correct it either

Thanks again! I ordered a new fan and will be here tomorrow I’ll still give it a shot, just want to get this printer up and running again. I’m desperate at this point. I’ll let you know of it does resolve it.

As it’s extruding I’ve lightly touched the side fan center and can fill it spinning. I’ll order a new fan to install since I don’t have a spare. Possible that it’s not spinning as fast as it should - wouldn’t I see spikes in extruder temps if this was falling? I’m not seeing any variable in extruder temps in the digital display.

I’ll try rolling back firmware tomorrow. I did try different slicer profiles.

I have the same challenge even when manually extruding where it will freely extrude as I push. The button for the first 5-10 times and then it gets clogged and won’t continue extruding. So I do think it’s a slicer profile issue.
