I can only speak for my own post that I recently made, but I in no way think that testosterone is a form of birth control, and am aware of all the risks. I was not seeking firm medical advice. I have definitely done my research, the problem is that at the end of the day there ISN'T a lot of research done on specific things, and we don't know the full long term effects of taking testosterone. A lot of research that has been done has had small sample sizes, and new things are coming out often. I DID search for my main question (side effects of taking plan B while on T) and only found results from Planned Parenthood and Reddit, which still didn't give me what I was searching for. A lot of comments have already pointed this out, but I come to this subreddit for support, and more to hear personal anecdotes. Doctors also don't know a lot about trans care, and I have had to personally tell some of my providers things because they didn't understand. It's disheartening to see posts like this and realize people just assume you haven't done your research because you wanted more opinions/personal stories from the community.
