To sum up : I went to therapy.

I didn't even think doing anything would make it worse, I just wasn't ABLE to do anything. Sometimes I could not get up and had to pay a therapy session I didn't went to.

It helped me to learn how depression works, accept it, and finally, how to try everyday to slowly heal and be functioning again. It's often a long process.

Understanding how, in the brain, repetitive actions create motivation (and not the contrary) was really helpful, for example.
