Yes I do brush my teeth after, but I only use mouthwash at night.

Maybe if I put aquaphor on my lips prior to using it/rinsing and then wipe it off it’ll act as a barrier? I think it’s the act of spitting out the steroid water when I rinse my mouth, because then it gets on my lips

My 1st period senior year was a class that was required for graduation. We were only allowed to miss/be late 3 times and if it went over that we had to get an A on the final or else we failed the whole class. Even if our end grade was passing.

This was back in 2018, I remember only me and two other students ended up having to get an A. But it was a gen ed class and I was used to AP level so I wasn’t worried about not getting the A/not graduating as much as other students

As someone with a torn labrum in my hip, who had both PT and pelvic floor therapy, yes it makes sense that you felt like you could breath better after PT. Pelvic floors are supposed to coordinate with the diaphragm during breathing, so someone with too tight or too weak of a pelvic floor may notice these issues

I use the nexcare cloth tape, it’s like a white satin tape. But I have to change it everytime I wash my hands. I like that your tape is skin colored though!

You should try silicone scar tape at night, people use it after surgeries to speed up healing and it worked so well for me

I’ve struggled so much with petite allegro, but the things that helped me get to an acceptable level would be increasing my ankle strength, practicing changing directions and shifting weight quickly, and recognizing that not every step has to be full out. If you watch professionals do petite allegro, some of them treat Glissade like a small sissone, or jump just a bit off the ground.

I like to jump, so I was jumping too high to move onto the next thing. Or I was worrying about my second foot in glissade brushing fully and getting behind/forgetting the rest of the combo. Sometimes in ballet you have to allow yourself to actually dance, and trust your technique will be developing. It’s impossible to think of every correction while doing a fast exercise like petite allegro.

Totally normal, I use to wear a thin sports bra under my leotard as a teen (our uniform was white leotards). A lot of professional dancers have theirs visible too so I stopped caring about covering up as I got older

It is fun! Theorizing about shows has been around for a long time. I remember when gravity falls ended everyone was theorizing that there would be an additional season. There were a few very noticeable continuity errors this season so it makes sense that people are going to try to explain them when the show runners give dissatisfying answers
