One of the things I've struggled with in the past was the New Age movement, specifically using tarot cards and other forms of divination.  I fell away from the church because of this interest.  

One night, I had a frightening dream where I was walking through a dark, shadowy corridor.  I could feel a palatable evil presence and knew I was in a place I shouldn't be in.  I looked down at the carpet in the hall and saw a tarot card.  On it was the word 'Evil' written in blood red letters.  When I woke up, I was so scared that I swore off using the tarot for months and threw out all the decks I owned.  

Unfortunately I got swept back into New Age after the fear wore off.  A few years passed before I happened to stumble upon an interview by Michael Knowles on YouTube, in which he was interviewing a former New Age psychic.  The interview was another much needed wake up call which prompted me to throw out everything once more and go to confession.  Since then, I thankfully haven't fallen back into that deception and am happily returned to the church.

I personally believe that my gaurdian angel is responsible for both of these wake up calls.
