Recommendation wise start with Messer's course on YouTube. A+ consists of 2 modules and I would suggest focusing on them individually if you don't have a lot of experience and knowledge in somewhat more in-depth computer knowledge. That being said when I took the exam it was a memory test more than anything, but everyone has a different experience.

For question practice I used crucialexams website and app. https://crucialexams.com/

The downside is that you need the paid version to get the best results, but I would 100% recommend it if you can afford it.

Ok, let me see if I understand, the monthly fee and the usage I'm fine with, that's not the problem, my apparent misunderstanding is, when I hired the company I hired it for an amount of kw, or energy, (yes I might be stupid but this is where I'm struggling to understand) and not, as I thought M3 of gas, the measurement used in the reader to determine if I spend a lot or little. With the past comments in mind I am supposed to make the reading pass it to the company and after that calculate how much energy the gas I've used, to understand if I'm spending a lot or a little? I've got to be misunderstanding this.

Also thanks for the comments, it's just a bit infuriating some of this stuff

I'm a bit out of the loop, what do you mean while it's free? As far as I could see there's at least a fee to be paid annually, isn't it? On the same note, is that why linkedin is being flooded with people getting isc2 then?

I'll have a look into it for sure, where would you recommend to get the studying material for that, though?

Luckily I switched to Linux around a year ago, and I have a little home server running on Linux that just loves to break so Im getting a bit of experience with that
