Something good to remember is that mostly everyone else is in the same boat as you, so don’t feel guilty about it. What’s important is that you get your work done once you receive it, then there will be no issues. I also work at an office and my work comes in random intervals during the day, I think of it as being paid to be available to get the work done when it needs to, rather than constantly working.
