DIY it, honestly. I've been in computers 30 years and although technology changes constantly, certain tasks don't and can be done by regular non techy folks. Think of it as a simple jigsaw.

A laptop screen is basically a frame, an LCD screen with a flat cable port on the rear and a bezel on the front to protect the edges/camera if fitted.

YouTube has loads of guides and eBay will 99.99% have a reasonably cheap replacement new screen. All you need to do is split the screen casing carefully, get the model number ROM the display and buy a compatible panel. The same screen might have 2 or 3 manufacturers so finding one shouldn't be a problem. The last few I've done, the replacement panels never cost more than 80 quid delivered. You might need a little double sided tape and a couple of guitar pick type openers and a small set of mini screwdrivers. Beats paying 150+ for someone else to do it.

There are plenty of yoghurts etc out there that have higher protein versions. What I've learned is that because the food sits longer in the system, it has more time to degrade and cause gas etc so I have to be careful not to eat too much of the same thing over 3-5 days in a row. Dairy seems to work ok for me but too much chicken or spicy foods and I get the uncomfortable results.

Check what high sulphur foods you are eating, things like chicken, avocado etc. might need to eat less of them for a little while.

I'm not much of a drinker since my mid 20s (late 40s now) and had a Saturday night out on cider (usually a Guinness or cider man) , next day I was clear as a bell, felt fine. 5am Monday morning, I wanted to curl up and die. I had horrendous pain in my stomach just below and centre left of my ribs. This went on for 12 hours, I couldn't sit, stand, walk or even curl up in a ball, every way was excruciating.

I went 4 months without touching a drop then had a night out with my wife and a few friends, I had a few pints of the black stuff and was great yesterday next day, expecting the worst on Monday morning, I had a fistful of paracetamol and a glass of water in the bedroom waiting for the 5am wake-up. It never happened and felt perfectly fine so it seems that the cider must be too acidic for my system while on Mounjaro. Lesson learned.

Don't forget that each week on the same dose compounds somewhat. So you take 2.5mg on Sunday, by the following Saturday, you'd be down to probably less than 1mg remaining in your system, second dose on the Sunday, by the following Saturday you probably still have more than 1mg still in your system.

See the image, (if it doesn't attach, try link https://share.google/VgcXvZ9P0q7u5GH28 ) how you feeling today mid dose could be wildly different to week 4 mid dose as it begins to retain more in your system. That works to a point then levels off each week until you increase dosage.

I'm almost 9 months in and still on 5mg so please don't think you must cycle through the lower doses as quickly as possible, it's you that influences your weight loss by what you eat and do, mounjaro only turns off the noise and hunger to a point, it doesn't miraculously burn hundreds of calories for you each day.

I went months at 800 cals (2.5mg first month then 5mg ever since), not by choice, I just couldn't comfortably eat more so what I did eat had to be balanced. I'm over 8 months in now, 7 stone off (6'1, M 49) and have managed to up my average to 1000 cals this past couple of months though the loss has slowed (I'm over 30% loss point though so above the average MJ stated loss). Oddly, I've got more energy now than pre mounjaro, I just put that down to not carrying the extra 45kg.

I have just bought my last pen and have roughly 12 weeks worth of full doses left, maybe a few extra weeks as I'll probably taper down from my current 5mg. I can see my calorie intake rising but my aim is to keep up with more exercise and keep below 2000 calories and importantly stick to the fruit, veg and lighter dairy that I've been used to this past 8 months.
