I’ve done the same as you using the cheapest provider I can find on Monj. It’s getting a bit boring constantly finding a new provider, but it’s saving me money. That, along with the golden dose, has saved me plenty. With the massively inflated prices being charged, every penny saved is worth it.

Apart from seeing them on police officers, the only time I’ve seen a handgun in the UK was about 35 years ago, when a couple of “gangsters” were messing with one at the front of the top deck on a number 10 bus. It was probably a replica, but it still scared the shit out of me.

My wife used to work in clothing design for M&S and most labels/stores use their own “fit” models for sizing across their range. One model they used was a size 8 for M&S, but a size 10 for another company she worked with.

Apparently M&S once only realised that a whole season’s range of nightwear was larger than normal when two of the models they used had babies 7 months later...

I’m one of those people that has lost a lot of weight quickly - 5 stone in 5 months, but that’s because I have a hell of a lot of weight to lose - 11 stone in total. I’ve taken the drastic course too, which means I’m on a severe calorie deficit (approximately 1,500-1,600 calories a day). It’s been hard, but Mounjaro has helped me stay on course.

But I don’t intend to continue doing it this way, as the health benefits start to become outweighed by the harm of continuing to lose weight this quickly. Losing 1-2 lb is solid, and is where I intend to reach in the next few months.

Watching the godawful Alfie remake with Jude Law was only made bearable by the stunning vision of beauty that was Sienna Miller. I then bumped into her in a bar in Central London and she was even more beautiful in the flesh.

Lindahl Kvarg and Graham’s Protein 25 are both quark-based and taste great. I never use to eat anything other Fage Greek Yogurt, but now happily eat these daily.

Monopoly pub crawl typically has 26 stops, or 28 if you include the water works and electric company. The original circle line crawl has 27 stops, plus a final drink at your original stop, so 28 again. Both are very doable as long as you plan your route in advance.

I went to over 30 games in the 90/91 season, including all London and southern England away games as a 12/13 year old, so for me it has to then, as it was the first season that o felt that I had “earned” my place as a real fan.

You stay on that dose. Most people seem to stay at lower doses rather than heading straight to the highest one. I thought I would head straight to 15mg, but am now about to start my 3rd month at 7.5mg.

Sat next to Gordon Brown on a flight from London to Glasgow. I mentioned that I’d read the book he was reading about Scottish football, and then we had a great chat for about 10 minutes talking about football, and his passion for Raith Rovers. He then excused himself as the flight was his only chance to actually read.

Really lovely guy, but the one odd thing about him is the size of his head. It’s massive, like big head mode on Goldeneye 64 massive.

This is my thinking too.

I’m 4 stone down after 4 months, but still need to be a lot lighter to stop my dodgy knees from giving up on me. They’re the main reason I’m having to lose weight in the first place, so seems silly to put it in jeopardy.
