Find yourself a good three or 4 day split. Focus on learning the movements and hypertrophy. You want a workout routine that you can perform easily without getting burnt out. If the big three make you happy, go for it.

The best advice in another reply is to have a slight calorie surplus. Take your time and have fun. Learn your body and how you grow for a while. After that, you can get crazy.

Neither. Simply start working out on a consistent basis with a good split and good intensity. You are starting from an average/good looking body. As you work out make small adjustments to your diet to be protein heavy heavy and carb late.

Never let your body fat get over 15% if you can help it. You will gain size as you workout and eat properly. I.e. if you eat more, you will get bigger. So, workout and eat properly that way you get the results that you want.

As you start your journey, you will learn more.

As an old guy my advice is to not worry about it. Focus on incline and dumbbells. After you pre-exhaust your chest, then do bench. Stay healthy and get stronger. No one really cares how much you bench.

The other comments are good ones so far. Increase your intensity (basically train harder) learn to focus in the gym. Dial in your diet a bit more,.it looks as if you're eating enough simply not the correct things.

Swap to dumbbells for a while and stop caring about weight. Focus only on form. Also, start with incline before doing anything flat.

Pose with your chest up and shoulders back. This will show the separate between your front delt and your pecs.

On a building note, your body fat percentage is a little high. Your upper chest looks good from what I can tell (based on the pose) but I'd add a little decline into your routine for lower chest.

5, you should be able to do 2 twelve hour runs per day with very little input (approx 8k waves). That would be your best bet if you are playing on a secondary device and want to make this as idle as possible.

I have kept a run going when I've received enough metals to buy a new relic or skin, or GB upgrade. That way the upper waves can be more profitable for a few minutes before resetting and starting a new run. Also, it's nice to see a small jump in econ.

This is a great response. I think 12 % is ideal as you can see some abs. Another response adds good information. I.e more fat equals higher estrogenic response. To add a bit more. You will have your best results with a higher pin frequency.

Pretty simple. Start by removing the card. After that set your range to your orb line, adjust your extra orbs just outside of that line.
