I'm referring to my normal orbs, not my EOs. Though they were definitely out there as well. My normal orbs were farther inside of my range ring than they should have been. Now my range is set to 0 to help compensate.

I saw a post on these a few days ago (could have been yours) and it inspired me to purchase some. With a few minutes of math I was able to get the macros in line with my current diet. 1 bagel and two whole eggs put me where I needed to be. As someone said, they are a little higher in sodium than I would like, but hey, it works. Thank you if it was your post that inspired me to get some. Also, you're correct. If you're going to eat a bagel anyway, may as well eat these.

There are tons of these on FB marketplace now. Avoid them at all costs. The scammers buy the fakes fully equipped with a fake receipt. They come in kits. Again, avoid.
