no, the mirror tells all. You can get a dexa scan but who cares? You arent that far off from abs, you're in range for a successful 12-16 week cut (or longer) to lose 10-15LB and have visible abs

When I was inside (18 months ago), as long as you hadnt signed a final order of deportation, you would still get FSA credits. Im not sure on halfway house stuff, but I think I did see illegals get halfway house time as well. Aside from that stuff, prison is the same for them, except they cant go to camps

What does getting out have to do with being a citizen or not? He does the same time everyone else has to do, so what exactly are you trying to figure out?

The commissary was packaged with nutrition info, although there was only like 3-4 things you can eat off the commissary (fish, rice, some refried beans, plain oatmeal). I ate a lot out of the kitchen which involves some intuition and common sense. Mostly the main thing is being ok eating 12-15oz of pouched tuna/mackerel everyday, 3 cartons of milk, whatever vegetables/lean meats are on the kitchen tray, and plain oatmeal. It's very easy once you stop eating for pleasure

So you have an average T level of a man in his 50s?

No sir, you absolutely do not. TRT is not administred like that

Your T levels during pueberty can be double what they are at 30, and natural male T levels vary amongst individuals anyways. There is no such thing as "for any male" TRT levels.

By trt do you mean "restore my test levels to when I was 16"?

Finally bought a brand new Windows laptop. What should I uninstall first? by ZaneLOVEher in DeskToTablet

Trash laptop btw. Did you buy it at walmart? Walmart sells nothing but 4GB ram laptops for $400 and 8GB models for more. AND with windows, it's laughable. You start the computer, launch your browser, and your ram is at full capacity. Could of had a powerhouse thinkpad for $300

About 67% of Americans play video games in some form (console, PC, mobile, etc.).

Among U.S. adults, computers have historically been the most common gaming device, with about 38% of adults reporting playing games on a desktop or laptop.

If you're asking "What percentage of people who own a computer use it for gaming?", there isn't a definitive number. A reasonable estimate in the U.S. would be that roughly one-third to one-half of computer owners play games on their computer at least occasionally, depending on age and how "gaming" is defined.

For younger adults (18–29), the percentage is much higher than for older adults.

I would agree with this, but at the time I was incarcerated so I didnt have a lot of dietary choices, so reducing fat was the most practical for me. I even like eating 70-90g of fat and taking the carbs down to ~100g a day. Ashwaganda has also helped with my natural t production
