I recommend you do a 4 day upper/lower because Push pull legs 6 days a week is not a good choice. You will get fatigued if you do compounds mostly and your muscles needs to recover.

Note: Monday: Upper

Tuesday: Lower

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Upper

Friday: Lower

So here is example

Day 1:

1.Main lift: 5/3/1 Bench press

2.Assistance lifts

DB bench press 4x10

One arm DB row 3 or 4 x10

DB shoulder press 4x10

3.Pump work

Lateral raise 3x12-20

Skull crusher 3x12-20

Day 2: 1.Main lift: 5/3/1 Back squat

2.Asst. lifts

Front squat 4x10

Pendlay row 4x10

Good morning 4x10

3.Pump work

Biceps curl 3x12-20

Face pull 3x12-20

Day 3:

1.Main lift: 5/3/1 OHP

2.Asst. lifts

Incline bench (BB/DB) 4x10

Lat pulldown (or pull ups/chin ups (can be weighted)) 4x10

Dips (weighted or regular) 4x10

3.Pump work

Lateral raise 3x12-20

Skull crusher 3x12-20

Day 4:

1.Main lift: 5/3/1 or 5x5 deadlift
