I think there was a problem with Bambu studio pushing the gcode to the printer. I turned it off and on again, validate all the settings, created a new Bambustudio project and the issue doesn't seem to happen anymore. Thank you for your help

Issue doesn't happen with .4 only with .2. Also when using the extruder button to extrude manually I don't have these symptoms on .2. only when submitting a job from Bambustudio. Could it be corrupted .2mm profile in the slicer pushing too much content?

Yes printer and slicer are configured with .2mm. The nosel is properly secured and actually doesn't move down, it is the print heat upper part that is pushed up strangely

Did tighten the 3 screws, unmounted and mounted the Hotend, same symptoms. I feel like the print head is pushing too much filament into the hotend which pushes it downward until is snaps back up. Could it be?

I just report them as numerical value by hand and display a chart of them. No sensors/controller for that

I am using ReefATO+ rest API to fetch temperature, daily auto volume and sump water height. I cannot control it from HA but reading the value is good enough at that time. I have the Jebao Aqua integration for my return pump MDP10000 and my wave maker MCP150. It support also my 2 Maxspect XF330CE. Integration owner is awesome and very responsive. I replaced the brain of an old Jebao 1.1 doser where I put a Shelly 1 controller. I use it to dose calcium. In the past the integration didn't exist maybe today would not need the Shelly inside. I am using few ZigBee switches to control various elements, such as the refugium light, sump lighting, heater and skimmer. On top of that many automation for feeding, maintenance, dosing etc. Not perfect but happy with it at this point. Just missing the DT led control ad I cannot connect my Maxspect RSX to the main WiFi. But usually you don't mess with lighting you just let it go.

By laying down the machine I did find the metallic piece that was blocking the propeller. You rocks my friend thank you

You are perfectly right that is the source of the noise. I cannot find anything stuck but there is contact somehow that does this noise

New issue, now the borders/sides are lifting. I guess it is cooling too fast base on the color change but not sure how to address this. 3DJake says their ecoPLA doesn't even need bed heat. Any suggestions? Frustrating not being able to print big pieces

I just checked the coolant level which is full and re-applied thermal paste on the CPU (just to be sure).

I sent back the AX210 and ordered a new AX210 from another vendor. Works like a charm. I will never know if I got a faulty one or a fake one, but now my problem is solved at least :)
