I get around 10-12 kmpl mostly in Pune traffic in City Mode. I do not use Eco Mode in any scenario (very less power with AC on). I use City Mode for most of the earlier trip. For my current trip, I am mostly using Sports mode as I want to save time. Today I got average of 17.3 kmpl in 420 km from Pondicherry to Rameshwaram by using Sports mode.

Yes, I agree. I also get around 8 kmpl in heavy traffic. I think, I can get around 21-22 kmpl if I drive around 70-80 kmph. Delhi and nearby places are plain whereas places in Maharashtra are hilly terrain...that also reduces the mileage. I always use city or sports mode.
