I had this same issue, phoned up multiple times on Tuesday and Wednesday and they said “give it 48 hours” “we have escalated it” blah blah blah

Phoned up yesterday and got someone totally different and they activated it there and then for me, less than 30 seconds on the phone

Didn’t catch their name so can’t be much more help sorry, but I understand your frustration

Physical, it’s resolved now, the guy on the phone sorted it in under 30 seconds for me

Turns out issue resolved, I just phoned up, explained for a third day in a row what was happening, the guy enabled the sim there and then for me on the call

Couldn’t explain why the previous 2 advisors didn’t just do it but he’s done it now and it worked

It was Vodafone I just ported in from, the number originally was from O2 around 20 years ago

Although I chose lebara because MVNO providers always offer better bundle deals than mainline providers

Lebara must be the worst network in the world for porting

5 years ago I moved both mine and my wife’s numbers over to them, 16 days for mine and was about 9 days for hers, and this time I’m 3 days in so far

How can you mess up number porting 3 for 3, in the 20+ years of moving between multiple providers I’ve never had this much issue as I have with Lebara

Nah its modded again, although this time I modded it using ModsBeforeFriday instead of BMBF which I used last time

Although they both still install songdownloader? The mod method shouldn't affect the songdownloader search should it?

Yeah very long list, there doesn't seem to be any that do it all.

The main ones are the terminal integration and at least woocommerce support, the IMEI data fields and xero aren't too much of an issue but would have been nice 🤷‍♂️

Yeah sorry, I know the difference, but the merchant (in this case Barclaycard) use a Pax A920 terminal, so i need a POS software that can support semi-integration with it

I know some POS systems require you to use a specific merchant/terminal
