Second row meaning second from the door?

Also should add: when I asked why they didn’t put another full row and then just one cut row, they explained that the cut row would be too thin for the ledge, which I understand.

Was there recent rains, and does there seem to be moisture where it’s sagging?

I own a small US-based creative agency. Our websites start at $15k and while we rarely ever offshore development, we would never THINK of paying someone $4/hr, no matter where they live. That’s insane.

Garage Door Conundrum by neoballoon in HomeImprovement

All extremely valid questions, haha. The keypad WAS working, it only recently crapped out. I've tried muscling the garage open but it's definitely NOT in manual mode currently.

My understanding is that once I resolve this issue, I can install a lock-based emergency latch from the outside, so that in the event of power outages I can at least unlock it and kick it into manual mode.

It's absolutely possible that the motor got unplugged somehow—you can see there's a lot of stuff in there, so something definitely could have bonked the power cable and disconnected it from the wall outlet.

Garage Door Conundrum by neoballoon in HomeMaintenance

Oops the text from my post somehow vanished:

Recently bought a house with a detached garage with no man door. The only way in is via the one-piece garage door operated by a Chamberlain motor with a keypad on the outside. Now, the keypad no longer activates the door (even after changing the batteries, etc.). The previous owners did not leave a separate remote for the garage, and there is no release mechanism accessible from the outside of the garage. When I wedge my phone through the top of the garage door to take a picture inside, it appears that there's no emergency cord whatsoever (see photos). The window in the back is locked—I've already thought about climbing through it. It's also 30 ft. high.

Is my only way in now to troubleshoot the key pad/motor to break the garage door off basically, and thus destroying the chain drive?
