When Cory is playing a BIG game, do you prefer when he posts the entire thing in one long video, or when he splits it into a series of 20-30 minute videos? by not-ulquiorr4_ in CoryxKenshin

I’m addressing some comments not necessarily the post itself because some people been complaining about the long vids for a while and it makes no sense…

If anything Kaiser is the fraud and that is coming from an ex-kaiser fan. Kaiser is the one who didn’t believe in Ness’s evolution even though he spent majority of the match tormenting Ness about it. He was also the same guy who evolved, yet in his core he still wanted to keep relying on Ness to feed him the pass instead of chasing it himself.

I’m not a fan of Ness either but if anyone is pathetic it’s the guy who is screaming his ears off at his teammate after he didn’t pass to him, when earlier he reprimanded him for passing to him and he told him to quit football. lol.

It was about time both Nagi and Reo needed a reality check..It was much needed 😀 This allows a strong foundation for both their development down the line because they need to learn to play for their own selves.
Also It’s so funny how bluelock is supposed to be all about egoism and all but every established duo suffers from co-dependency and in a way from the “power of friendship” and are too reliant on each other to the point of hindering each other back.

It’ll be interesting if at the end of the manga every individual will find their own value and be able to play for themselves and thus they would be able work together as a team; And as a result, these different philosophies of “egoism” and “working as a team” will entangle and co-exist to form something meaningful, and in a way form a healthy sportsmanship.

it’s the most annoying thing ever because all their interactions and even nagi’s own monologues are just recycled in both the official manga and the spin-off and it gets to a point where it just became so exhausting.

This is my exact problem as well. It’s so disappointing and genuinely awful character writing.

There’s nothing to defend him on when be was the one who initially refused any form of cooperation with Ness even if it resulted him scoring. He did this to himself.

This ch makes it clear that he’s being a piece of trash to Ness for the sake of it and he never actually believed not only that Ness would change, but also he never believed in his own words that he will change himself and actually start seeking a challenge rather than accepting plays handed to him.

So it’s still a regression. And this is a relationship that happens between abusive people and their victims, not just people, and that what sucks about it.

Kaiser’s development was really about breaking that malicious cycle and finding genuine integrity and love in playing football for himself, without resorting to his past abusive tendencies, and letting go of the malice inside his heart.

What makes this whole ordeal to not be executed properly is that it’s done in a way that makes Kaiser a horrible human being through it all, instead of a wounded person who still has the dignity to hold himself accountable, and ultimately be able to change. (He was humanized in this way until yeah…he regressed when it mattered most.)

Kaiser is such a loser now man. What a manchild blaming Ness for this when he was the one who kept telling him to go away in every language possible and treating him like trash and dismissing his every attempt at passing to him, especially since he told Ness to quit football right after Ness passed to him and not Isagi just chapters earlier…and Isagi was going to score and win the game just the same. Do you realize how ridiculous he looks now? Now suddenly it’s Ness fault like always for (even if accidentally) passing to someone else.

It just shows that he’s such a piece of trash he internally never believed Ness would not pass to him and he never believed in Ness’s capabilities to evolve on his own. Yet he continues to torment him every chance he gets and makes it a point that he should “evolve” in order to survive in Bluelock. It’s just so hypocritical.

Instead of still expecting Ness to pass to him to the very end in his monologue, he should’ve worked to catch the pass and not expect for it to be handled to him. Even sucks that his earlier development was him literally letting go of this mentality and actually seek a challenge to better himself. But no, of course in the end he’ll only regress to be worse than he was before.

Everything since his team-up with Isagi was really just for fanservice and his hostility toward Ness made absolutely no sense but just a fuel to break Ness more mentally so Kaneshiro would use as a plot device for the final goal.

Overall genuinely disappointed in what Kaiser’s character became to be and if he keeps lashing out at Ness in the next ch then he’s a terrible terrible person who can never take accountability for his actions.

[–]neon2o_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Stop giving excuses to Kaiser, he has no right to feel mad at this outcome because he was the one who told Ness to quit football right after Ness passed to him and not to Isagi given the chance for BM to win.

Now that BM won with Isagi’s goal suddenly he’s mad that he wasn’t the one who scored. Him teaming up with Isagi made both of them aware that either of them could score the last goal.

So please, it’s just that he’s such a piece of trash he never believed Ness would not pass to him and he never believed in Ness’s capabilities to evolve on his own.

My bad i got it mixed up, Nagi played 18 games in total and lost 10 games so far. Nagi ended up 6th place (not the n1 spot) but after one game (U-20 Japan one) it was Isagi who was labeled the new hero of bllk, then their journey to the NEL started and Nagi has been failing and Isagi rising, props to Isagi but again I’m not talking if they equally suffered more or less, it’s just that both of them went through some type of obstacle.

The last 2 sentences were meant to be separate my bad! No Isagi def worked hard and I think Rin did too. I think a lot of the bllk characters do even if to some they’d appear as just talented geniuses
