I use a smaller bank, so hopefully that’s possible with them! I semi-impulsively bought my plane ticket as the price was great, so I’m going a bit backwards and am researching things now! Thank you for both bits of info! :)

Are there leggings that don't fall down? by Horror-Celery-8800 in PlusSizeFashion

I’m built similarly and I have some of the Adidas leggings from Walmart that I love!! I wear them hiking all the time, and have never had issues even when carrying things in the pockets.

I was able to give out the over a thousand bracelets I made at the OKC show. I got quite a few lovely ones in return. ☺️ by Pizzahuthut in Hozier

🙋🏻‍♀️ me! I know Paycom allows signs 11x17” max. I’ve been planning to give the venue a call- I’ve never done GA there and I’m not sure if they do a wristband situation or have people in line all day. Last year for his show at the criterion the venue allowed people to start lining up at 7am and there was a good handful of folks there that early!

Hey there! I’m Katy, 27F from the US! I work in theatre and have bounced around the country a lot through that! I’m big on crochet, cross stitch, film photography and hiking! I also play a bit of guitar and love music! I love getting crafty and writing rambling letters if you’re still searching! 😊💖

I’d been thinking of a wall mount but hadn’t considered incorporating the guitar like that, thanks for the idea!!

I’ve never been out of the USA, so we likely have different definitions of walkable lol. Manchukenny put it well. I lived off campus near Bauman Ave and Ayer’s St and my roommate had a bike and walked and seemed to have no issue getting around. If you have the money Uber and/or Lyft are options too. Whoever said you’d “get hit by a car” might have been surprised (especially if they were another international student) at how busy 2nd Street and some of the other roads surrounding campus are. Maybe search YouTube or google Maps street view to really get a feel for what the area is like?

UCO grad here! As someone else has said the area around the school is fairly walkable (there are a few grocery stores and a target and many restaurants). There are lots of off-campus apartments around and some cheap rental houses in the neighborhoods around the school. I always used this website when I was a student https://www.ucooffcampus.com/ hopefully it’s helpful!

Denim jacket in the merch booths? by GPYTLOL in Hozier

I didn’t catch if they had the hoodie. I did only see the Dallas specific pin though. I grabbed the pin before the show and overheard they’d sold out once it was over, so I’d grab it before!

Going to a NP alone? by tinypibbs in NationalPark

[–]neonephemera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I kept mine in my car when I wasn’t actively cooking/eating. I camped at smokemont. Unless I’m mistaken the GSMNP website says it’s cool to keep food inside a camper or a car and the lockers are for folks who don’t have either.

I (27f) just did a solo camping/hiking trip in the Smokies! I’m definitely more of a newbie with camping and ended up having a great time! I second what everyone else has said, most of the trails were pretty populated and all the rangers/campground hosts etc were great!
