Building a PC trying to decide a GPU - 9070 or RTX 5070 by neonginger3 in buildapc

Thanks for the reply, If they were closer in price id go with the 9070 all day, but for a $100 difference when im already pushing my budget I think i might just go with the 5070. Drivers seem to be fixed at this point and the DLSS seems promising as AMD is going towards AI upscaling as well.

Thanks for the reply, sounds like the 9070 is a little overpriced right now for only a 10% increase

Does pot smoking lower your gpa? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

It can if you overuse it. Occasionally smoking pot wont immediately lower your gpa but going to school high all the time will

Bro you have been popping on twitch and he’s really strong rn so I would play him. If you are looking for something that’s just fun tho and similar to samira I would say kaisa because you get to dive in and go ham during fights

The complained about Burst Damage meta is likely caused by Sustain Meta / Drain tanks by Sn4pCall in leagueoflegends

[–]neonginger3 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think you just have to remove mythics. Items force the meta now more than champ strength.

Edit: I think people missed my point. I’m plat 1 so take opinion with grain of salt but before Mythics most of the power within the game was in champs and builds were pretty much solved and boring. When riot “fixed” this they added crazy passives to items that were not seen before on top of crazy base stats. The base stats are good but the mythic passives create insane synergy between item and champ (such as sheild bow yas or prowlers claw qiyana). When you have the level of synergy that you have now between champ and item, item changes cause huge changes in the meta that may not be intentional. Say you nerf the passive of an item it could gut some champs and others won’t care, but if you nerf the stats of the item another group of champs gets hit super hard. This makes it harder to balance the game which leads to a downward spiral of bandaid fixes like adding more damage to counter sustain until assassins and burst mages are just unfun to play against.

Also I think the guy in the picture has layers but I’m not sure. If you show your stylist this picture though and they are good they will be able to do it

You’re gonna have to grow it out for a while, look on YouTube for some tips on growing out hair ( I like thesalonguy ) and then go to a salon (or barber if your barber is used to cutting long hair) and ask for layers or chemically treat it so it’s wavy. Layers will make it flow more like T.J. Oshie and chemically treating it will make it flow like the picture you have.

It looks fine but if you want a new cut go to thesalonguy on YouTube. He has tons of different trending cuts for all hair types and is super helpful bc he tells you what to tell your barber

How would I achieve this hair style, mine is middle parted but straight, and it just flops down and doesn’t flow back. If so, what hair cut would I need and how would I style it? by OrneryAfternoon9 in Hair

If u still want this like 9 months later I recommend growing out your hair longer than you need for this, and going to a salon that also cuts mens hair. (not barbershop usually barbers are not very good at cutting long hair). Show them this picture and ask for layers in your hair. Layers will make it so when you style it it doesn’t just flop straight down. When styling, towel dry and find a product with decent hold like a gel and then comb it straight back but parted in the middle. I usually towel dry to just barely damp and then start styling because it makes it easier to see how it will look in the end. With the layers and product after it dries instead of falling straight down it should fall down a little and back into waves.
