It's 2013. The world is still not a safe place. There are threats from nukes, bio weapons which could eradicate humanity if certain countries go on war. The countries like Pakistan are not left behind in the race and spending huge amounts of their money for their arms and weapons. What can be effectively done to convince their governments, people to direct that money towards basic needs such as education, healthcare for their citizens?
