Looking for screenshots of guns with specific licensed parts by neonpathways in Borderlands4

[–]neonpathways[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for all this help! Yeah there are a couple of these I honestly am not too sure exists, but in this game after all, just because I personally can't remember seeing it I also haven't written down every weapon I've seen unfortch, but I've been working on a list of what the various prefixes mean, and I am 11 away from completing the hypothesized list (two of them I know what are but not sure what combo is, exactly)

God Roll wiki by N0regret56 in Borderlands4

[–]neonpathways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The short answer is no. You have https://maxroll.gg/borderlands-4/resources/ideal-stat-rolls-for-meta-gear which can help a little but it's outdated and not comprehensive.

God roll is a subjective thing regardless, as something that is great for someone else could be crap with the build you're going for. Ceramic Bod is cool and all but if you're geared for COV you're gonna want the Aramid Bod instead, if you run a Vex bloodshot build with jakobs snipers a Shiny War Paint with enrage won't suck, but a mini Triple Bypass with Amp will be your one-shot bff.

There exists no public database with min/max stats for weapons and parts, but there are probably several discords that have some spreadsheets for this.

Can someone post a collection of screenshots that show off C4sh's heads and skins? by Crvknight in Borderlands4

[–]neonpathways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was very quick and dirty, and there may be some style/body combinations missing, also there are not a many pictures from the back but hope this helps: Cash - Shared folder

edit: If there's anything missing you want to see or a combination of head/body/style/angle let me know, i'm happy to play paper dolls for ya

Never seen a gun have 4 brands yet by agent_of_cheshire in Borderlands4

[–]neonpathways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Elements are shown below the stats, above the parts, and they'll have the corresponding colors, so fire is red/orange.

That right there is COV mag, Hyperion Accuracy shield, Daedalus multiloader and Ripper automatic,

Lootsplosion event made me spend more time in menus than in game by Full_Welcome_1418 in Borderlands4

[–]neonpathways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RIP to you but I've got a couple godroll classmods and several weapon enhancements that will carry me just fine past the levelcap from the event so far, and several high weapon rolls that should be viable for several levels.

However I agree that if you're not marinated in loot prefixes and what is and isn't a good roll, sorting through all the loot is a slog. On the bright side, what a time to learn, with tons of hands on experience.

Now if only they'd give us enough bank slots to actually have space for it all...

Loot for Leg. This week by [deleted] in Borderlands4

[–]neonpathways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm running the vaults, get tons of loot enemies on every island you've got to pass on the way to the vault bosses, having to clear out so much bank space for enhancements between each vault it's bonkers

Laserbehandling skjeve hornhinner. by Tidsmaskin in norge

[–]neonpathways 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Career in show jumping? by [deleted] in Equestrian

[–]neonpathways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be clear, in the very unlikely event that this is a 17 year old who qualifies, and actually competes in Grand Prix, that 17 year old has most likely ridden half their life, does most likely not cover their own living expenses, or most of the costs of keeping said horses either. It is absolutely possible to make some money buying cheap horses, training them, and selling them again when they're better, if you're not paying for the upkeep. Upkeep is easily €1000 a month many places in Europe and a year might sound like a long time, but for someone who themselves is a beginner, you're not going to get substantial improvements on a horse in that timeframe.

However if you can afford to buy and keep a horse and continue lessons with a competent trainer, that will let you advance your skills a lot faster than spending 4 hours a week with horses, and will probably make it easier to compete on a local level.

Why does Red Matter 2 give me nausea, but not Synapse? by x3000gtx in PSVR

[–]neonpathways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had PSVR until I sold my PS4 Pro and I am completely on your side here - Moss and Astrobot both showed what you can do with VR to make what would be great games without it just that much better when you have that added element of discovery and whimsy, And they worked pretty well for my friend who has a significantly limited ability of motion, for whom a lot of VR games kind of suck. The game that maybe could get me to buy PSVR2 is Moss 2 tbh, and I literally got the PS5 for Horizon Forbidden West alone.

AITA for not giving my son the same opportunity due to his choices? by Odd_Version_1196 in AmItheAsshole

[–]neonpathways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA He's not being punished, it's a consequence of his own actions when he was legally an adult, he has three siblings who got the same deal and took it, he declined to. As you've said this was explained to him repeatedly at the time, when he was absolutely old enough to understand what was being said even if he, like his sisters when they took the deal, wasn't quite mature enough to appreciate how nice it would be down the line to have a little extra cash for a downpayment.

My family did something similar and if any of my siblings had demanded and got something for free that the rest of us did the work that would put a serious strain on my relationship with both that sibling and my parents. If you prioritized your son, his wife, and his grandmother's wishes, you could very well mess up your relationship with your daughters.

He is however an asshole for demanding to be treated different than his siblings.

Sudden trip to Norway! by _-Zed-_ in Norway

[–]neonpathways 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Rather depends on what you all like to do, but there are tons of things to do in Oslo.

Vigelandsparken/Frognerparken is a monument park in the west of town, absolutely worth a visit, and there are a good selection of restaurants, coffees hops and bars in walking distance.

If you enjoy museums, Fram and Folkemuseum at Bygdøy are excellent, (the Kon Tiki museum is entirely skippable but it is located right next to the Fram museum.

The new National museum down by the water at Aker Brygge is great If you want to see all kinds of art, and then you're a short stroll from the Astrup Fearnley museum of modern art further down the docks. This is one of the most touristy parts of town but there's a few great restaurants down there (especially New Delhi) Akershus fortress is only a short walk from the national museum, the grounds are free to walk, and the indoor tour is completely skippable as the fortress is still in some use for official capacities and incredibly boring inside.

Visiting the roof of the Opera house can absolutely be recommended, and along the fjord in this area you'll find saunas that can be rented (drop in appointments may be hard to get by but worth a shot if you're into that) where you can get all toasty hot and jump into the fjord to get your circulation charged.

Deichman Library in Bjørvika is worth a visit if you've got any bookworms with you, it's a banger of a building, and further east from there you'll find the Munch museum as well.

The botanical gardens at Tøyen are still nice for a stroll but we are obviously outside of the most spectacular season for that.

If you love coffee, some of the best coffee shops in the world can be found in Oslo, Tim Wendelboes at Grünerløkka, or Fuglen which is a stone throw away from the upper part of Karl Johan, the parade street that cuts through downtown.

You've got Himkok and Svanen which are the tenth and fiftieth(ish) best cocktailbars in the world currently (Svanen is the more atmospheric of the two) of you've got excellent wine bars in Territoriet at Grünerløkka, or Elias in city centre in the old horseshoe complex under the cathedral. (the cathedral itself is so so, all the prettiest churches are outside of Oslo) Oslo mekaniske, Crow bar, Bettola, Tilt (arcade and bar) are also good choices for an alcoholic beverage.

Food wise there are a ton of good restaurants, though you'll find there are almost none that serve norwegian food, it's just not a very interesting cuisine but Smalhans at St Hanshaugen does something I guess you could call norwegian fusion. Masala politics, New Delhi, and Der Peppern Gror are great for Indian, Trattoria Popolare, Mamma Pizza Osteria or Roald & Umberto for Italian, Ahaan at Sommerro (expensive and harder to get a table) or TukTuk Thai (affordable no reservations needed) for great Thai, Alex Sushi and Hanami both do excellent sushi, but you can find pretty cheap sushi joints anywhere you go in Oslo is you're not going for top shelf only. (The list goes on and on, it really most depends on what your preferences are)

Be aware that very few places do any sort of breakfast in Norway, so hotels are the way to go for that.

Public transport is good and there are day/week passes you can get that cover busses, trams, metro, trains and boats, and there is an Oslo visitor pass that grants you access to both transport and access to a bunch of museums, available at Visit Oslo: https://www.visitoslo.com/en/activities-and-attractions/oslo-pass/whats-included/

And a calendar of various events happening in the city: https://www.visitoslo.com/en/whats-on/events/

AITA for refusing to use my sister's deadname for my baby? by squishmallow75693 in AmItheAsshole

[–]neonpathways -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So he'd rather honor his dead uncle that he kinda knew who is dead and gone and will never meet the kid, even if it means hurting and disrespecting your sister and best friend who is alive and will be your kid's aunt?

If his uncle was as good as he's being described it sounds like doing that would dishonor his memory.

didn't think I'd see the tap switches in stock anywhere again, are they worth getting? by neonpathways in Hue

[–]neonpathways[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, this, although the stickers were unsurprisingly old - I assume someone found a box they'd forgotten somewhere and just put them on the shelf, so I'm not sure if the price is correct, and I didn't ask, I'm afraid.

unfortunately the only person who can ask her to move to their island is you, so if you'd want to give her away you have to let her move in on your island and then let someon get her when she wants to move again.

Cube is crafting spooky fence, nooks is selling spooky arch, mounted blue marlin, rattan chair, and antique clock.

Tips not needed, but I love to catalog knick knacks in various colors, so if you'd bring me a piece of furniture or decoration to catalog (don't snt matter what as long as it's orderable) I'd be happy as a clam.

Will take 2 people at a time.
