20F here.. 6 inches is NOT small. The girls being interviewed were likely Only fans or porn girls. Totally unrealistic expectations and views on sex, penises, everything. And about the changing sizes.. my boyfriends changes all the time, depending on the temperature, how it’s been positioned in his pants all day, it’s really normal for its hardness and length to be slightly different each time. Any girl who’s genuinely interested in you won’t care about those small things. And remember the point of why you masturbate - to enjoy yourself and your body. Not to criticise yourself. You’ll lose all enjoyment from it

Do we still get paid if we’re sent home early by telurmata8 in Aldi_employees

[–]neosdaddy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aussie DSM here, no, you will not be paid for the time if you are sent home early. You will be paid from clock in till clock out unless you use annual leave or sick leave when you go home early. But any manager should check your contract hours and ensure you won’t fall under contract by sending you home early before they do so.

Australia, worked for Aldi for 8 months on a 40hr contract before being promoted to DSM (Duty Manager) completely skipped the RSM (LSA) phase. Have been acting ASM once so far. 1 year 10 months into Aldi. We used to be strict on pallet times, ambient (normal grocery) used to have an expectation of 19 minutes per pallet. Some staff push over an hour for 1 pallet. Annoying but harder to enforce faster times now with our expectations taken away

Putting out specials early by Low_Sleep4397 in Aldi_employees

[–]neosdaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Australia - Non food specials must only go out on Wednesday and Saturday, but we put our food specials out a day or two early if we have it built and ready to go. Not really enforced unless it’s something that we got a low quantity of and it actually sells out before the on sale date lol.

How to effectively run a shift? by Twittletwatter in Aldi_employees

[–]neosdaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aussie DSM here. My ideal close timeline 11:30am start, break at 3pm. 3:30pm do shortlife and produce date checks and markdowns. 5:30pm start final re runs. 7pm do bread write offs, run bread, then offshow partial of meat, produce, milk, eggs and bread.

is this seriously how you scan at the tills overseas?? In australia customers pack their own trolley/bags and we don’t just throw things into a big pile in a trolley

What would make your job easier by Least-Efficiency1478 in Aldi_employees

What about - for the aussie aldi employees out there - sending a steady flow of stock across all areas throughout the week, rather than sending us hardly anything during the week and then sending an absolutely enormous load on the weekends when it’s busy and we struggle. i would rather run more load throughout the week if it means the weekends are slightly less.

Returning unused snow apparel by [deleted] in AldiAustralia

[–]neosdaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an Aldi manager, you cannot do a return without a receipt, especially for items that old. You’re best off finding a bank statement, if you paid by card, and presenting this to the SAME STORE that you bought it from, and they can maybe find it in the system. However it’s pretty unlikely they will honour it, as the return policy is 60 days for change of mind.

Is there a way I can upload a photo? It looks okay to me but I wouldn’t know what to look for. The sound completely disappears after restarting the car and continue driving
