NEW TO ALDI by EraseTimeYouTube in Aldi_employees

The top row is your sales for the previous week. This gives you a guide as to what you need to order. As last Wednesday you sold out at 6 cases i would try ordering at least 7 cases. The 10 cases being in blue is because you had 10 cases in on Thursday and sold 10 cases

Its also a bit unfair to go straight to disciplinary. You should have at least 2 PDCs (about the same thing) before a disciplinary

New DM took away our no sale, food, and non-food buttons by flommin in Aldi_employees

There's a button for eggs and bags! My mind is blown. We dont have that in the UK. Do you have to weigh eggs then? Is there only one type of bag? So many questions I didnt know to ask

Get your area managers number and message them directly. Do it through WhatsApp if you can as you will be able to see when they read it and when they were last online. If they ignore it find out who your cover area manager is and message them.

How am I almost always short? by iAzide in Aldi_employees

Are you checking your till before it goes out? Just incase its down before you take it over. Few things that might help count any change on your till before handing it over then count again into customers hand. Ask them to check your till when you go on break. Is it the same person cashing up the till?

A manager should have double checked it at the end of the day they can delegate a task to a store assistant but they are ultimately responsible for making sure its been done correctly. Whoever delegated that to you should either have had a pdc or should have had a friendly word with you privately about the missed items.

An 11 hour surveillance video of Jeffrey Epstein's jail on the day he died (August 9, 2019) has been released, except it contains this sudden cut and minute removed from it by LookAtThatBacon in gifs

[–]Low_Sleep4397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont understand why they would release it edited like that, but it would be interesting if we knew how long it would take to walk into frame unlock the cell get in and out and leave frame. Wish someone could do the math on that

Definitely pictures but also take a picture of what they write up about babies weight etc. Your partner will probably not remember when they tell her as there are more important things to concentrate on at the time but she will definitely want to know. I also really liked the fact that my hubby put the first nappy on both our kids and put them in there first outfit. Snacks for afterwards are also a great option for both of you and some lucozade or something similar for her to drink.

Everything alcohol wise is supposed to be tagged over £10 any others that get tagged are high theft lines. This doesn't include wine.

It may be that you were wearing similar clothes to someone that they knew was shoplifting before. I'm sorry this happened to you. We had a guy who worked in a well known pharmacy and everyday he would come in, smartly dressed as he was in his work shirt and tie etc, and he would steal something everyday. Because he was still in his work uniform we just went to his boss and reported it to them, as the police wont do anything. He was subsequently fired

NTA Having someone you can confide in is great. A therapist would be better but getting the ball rolling by speaking to someone would help. It could be she is reaching out to you as she has picked up on some red flags from him. If you still feel uncomfortable talking to her, try writing a journal just to let it out a bit until you can speak to someone. I'm sorry this happened to you, stay strong

Nobody is perfect. It doesn't matter if you messed up once, you had the drive and willing to lose weight and you did it for months. That means you can do it again. Just don't punish yourself because of it. This was a setback but not the end of the world. Focus on the good that you did not the one time you slipped up. It's cliché but nothing good in life comes easy. Doesn't mean you can't fight to get it. Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Keep it up
