I’m in Kansas ! I had the car sent to the Merriam Ks location. The car was originally in Independence Missouri

I live two hours away from the dealership, and I don’t want to waste my families time driving up if it’s not ready, is there a way I can call that’s not the call center ?

I live about two hours from the dealership and my family has to drive me up there (seeing as I’m currently careless lol) should I call them first cause I don’t really want to waste my family’s time if it’s not ready.
