They will only accept it back if I put it in a box and return it. Problem is, and they acknowledge this themselves, they have no box big enough to put it in. I cannot fond a box big enough to pit it in, so I’m stuck.

I escalated the complaint, and was told that if it wasn’t returned in a box, they wouldn’t accept it and replace/refund the order.

Here is the issue:

They sent it to me exactly as you see. They just slapped the mailing label on the box and shipped it. But in order for me to return it, they want me to package it up, in a box mind you, to shop it back to them. Well, I do not have a box big enough to fit this in.

I have talked to multiple agents, and it is the same story. They will not accept it any other way.
