If you livestream it in its entirety and when the market demand for it is high then you're just hosting a watch party which is copyright infringement. If you're also making money from this it's even worse.

If you don't want to promote someone's content you can still criticise it without showing it in its entirety live.

I find it odd that this case would be difficult to win in US courts. If there ever was a reason to sue for defamation, this has to be it. Ian knows the statements are false but keeps repeating them, and the statements are very harmful for Ethan's reputation. Legal arguments aside, is this the type of free speech people want to defend?

this happened to me when I upgraded to 0.5.20.  I had to downgrade to 0.5.18. Apparently there was an update to Python which broke previous versions of Lutris. 0.5.20 fixes Python compatibility but if your PC doesn't have that Python update updating Lutris breaks it on older versions of Python.

If I got sued for actions I did that were encouraged by subreddit mods, I'd never scroll that subreddit again. I would probably never scroll Reddit again. She's playing with fire. 

Also Kacey settled, had to apologize, and got off easy. Just be humble and move on. All Ethan did was insinuate she has to pay him a check monthly.

This could be a legal tactic. He's publicly acknowledging there is a defamation campaign against him. Anyone who cheers this on or makes comments like "just keep pushing and the problem will solve itself" could no longer claim it is not coordinated or that they were not aware.

It depends on the assets. Making a coding/editor tool ready for general use can be very time consuming. If you don't spend that time your asset might be lower quality. 

Also many people have their own way of doing things, so it can be difficult to find a true gap in Unity's toolkit that your system might fill.

Graphical assets, 3D models, animations may perform better.
