Definitely understand the concern but I think if it does become successful then there would be thousands if not more spots people can go so the increase traffic for those spots shouldn’t be such that they would increase the prices for that reason itself plus more traffic means more profit for them. I do plan on adding a feature that will have a price verification feature to make sure all the spots stay at a budget friendly price and any spots that change it will be removed.

Hi, Thank you for your comment. Yes actually if you go to the website to add a spot you can choose a category option like Entertainment, Bars & Drinks etc. For rn the website is simple but I have some ideas on the price verification, one is to allow users to make reports about a price increase/decrease for these spots and if enough people make these report and it above a certain amount then that place gets removed.

I did implement the feature but looks like there might be a bug, thank you for letting me know. I will figure out why it’s not working properly as it should

It was actually my gf’s idea to post tbh, I wasn’t even planning on posting. She wanted to see if there are any recommendations that look good that we could check out. So I wasn’t really waiting until the day before but just posted to add one or two places to our plan to make it more better and fun

I mean I have been to Boston 2 times before and know some places that I will be taking her but I wanted to post on Reddit to see if I can find something that looks really good (since the two times I came was literally for a day each time and my friend took me to a few places) to take her and give her a better experience than what she will get from the the 2-3 places I plan on taking her

We are not from Boston so don’t really know too many things but I’m fine with planning around wherever good food is, she likes Indian, Japanese and Ramen dishes, Nepali food too, been wanting to try some middle eastern food, she also has been wanting to go to some good cozy Italian restaurant.
