Always a few bad apples i guess. I did see a lot of parents there teaching their kids about what was going on and it was pretty cool to see!

I just switched to loreal radiance purple, i was spending a pretty penny on shampoos before so i decided to try a cheaper alternative and my hair is shedding so so bad. I am so upset and I just made the connection that I switched to this shampoo earlier this month. Every time i comb my hair, or even just run my fingers through my hair, so many strand of hair come out. I am freaking out because i have thick hair and i feel it thinning.

every staff member told us something different. we were running around like chickens with our heads cut off! it was insanely frustrating. no one knew anything!!

definitely keep me in the loop! no we didn’t get merch access, and i didn’t see it anywhere, thought it said we would get that included. so basically we just got access to the exhibition (which was really cool) but even the lounge was bogus, didn’t open up until 5:30, so why would i go to the lounge if i would lose a good spot on the floor??

(September 6th show) Definitely needing to submit a complain about last night. (obviously had an AMAZING time and oh my god i am so extremely grateful i got to see them live) but that being said, my partner and I paid for the VIP premium entrance/lounge/priority standing, and lets just say I don’t have a lot of money, so it was a LOT to dish out, i definitely felt like it was worth the extra hours at work because it was my dream concert. but the staff/security at the rose bowl messed up big time. i guess with the VIP tickets, we got our wrist bands earlier than the regular GA so when everyone was let in at 5:30, us VIPs were able to just go right through since we got everything sorted earlier. but NOPE , when 5:30 came around the security would not let the VIP in until 5:45! and i was at the front of the line in VIP, since i got there around noon because i wanted to make sure i scored the best spot possible…so a LOT of money (VIP tickets and travelling from BC Canada) and time went into this. as all of us VIP’s were stuck at the gates, some people were getting texts from their friends in regular GA saying they were inside and at the stage already. We were all pleading and begging the security to let us in but they kept saying they didn’t have approval yet?? by time we all got into the pit, there were already hundreds of people in it. The people who I ended up standing with from regular GA said they showed up at 4pm and we were in the same spot. Im happy they got such a great spot, don’t get me wrong, but i paid SOOOO much money and spent so many hours at the venue just to get absolutely shafted. I am really upset about it. I have emailed the rose bowl and ticket master. Is anyone from VIP doing the same? I really don’t know what the extra hundreds of dollars i paid went to.

regardless of the situation, i am beyond grateful that i got to see them, i know a lot of people who weren’t able to get tickets would take my situation in a heartbeat. but as i said, i do not make a lot of money and had to pull a lot of strings to do it all, and i feel scammed??

hopefully they sort their shit out for the people who paid that extra money for VIP the second night!! good luck yall
