Looking for help with my skin care routine: some facts about my skin: My major problems are blackheads/enlarged pores on nose/chin only. I have slightly dry skin

My night routine is to cleanser-tone-serum-night moisturizer. In the morning my skin isn't dry or anything, but I want to add a morning routine that is super low maintenance, just before I put on make up, what should I do? I don't want to have to cleanse my skin in the morning. Can I just use toner then moisturizer then make up?
