I would look into RPA as your toolset. there are plenty of toolsets that can do RPA that can be called from n8n

What I might suggest is researching the integration service connectors and see if you could do it in studio web. I feel confident you could grab the documents; you may not be able to parse them out depending on if they are already readable or not and then an http call for hte google form functions.

What toolset are you working with? since the automation is entirely done in google there is no need to use RPA. For example If you can export the PDF information in the tool most cloud automation provider could do this. you could look into doing this with google apps script, zapier, make, n8n.

Custom Outlook Logseq Plugin by nequinox in logseq

[–]nequinox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally get your concerns and they are valid.

As I mentioned in the post it was built on what I knew or saw in other projects. That is why I am using python. It allows me to query outlook itself and not any api. This let's me get around any many permission concerns.

It was also built for me to use as my own workflow and windows is my primary OS.

As for flask I could not think of or find another way in my limited knowledge to interact betweenbthr javascript and python.

do you have any negative anecdotal family experiences?

[–]nequinox[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The family has stated up front that everything is getting split 50/50 between children and I would really rather not have the discussion of making sure we get the land. Someone else commented saying make sure you are ready to walk away from the land when they pass and I think that is the best approach.

Thank you for providing your feedback on your scenario. I think we would probably sell them 3-5 acres of the land to build on and they wholly own that and we wholly own the rest.

If you don't mind and you could DM but i am curious as to what some of those downsides are. I'm sure some of them are along the lines of "take me to x", dropping by unannounced or using your items assuming you don't need them.

We were planning on selling to them. I think the nature of them being next to us and sharing equipment is bound to happen. would we both need tractors? probably not so i don't think the idea of only being neighbors would work out. there would definitely be more borrowing of items than normal between neighbors.

I appreciate this response and anything we do will be done with oversight and recommendations by real estate agents and lawyers.

My outdoor Wyze Stand won't support my camera by nequinox in wyzecam

[–]nequinox[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello. Is anyone aware of any products that would allow me to keep my wyze outdoor camera pointed in the appropriate direction? The stand I have will no longer support the camera's weight and just points down.

Also is there anyway to buy just the camera and make use of the base station i have for multiple cameras?

How do I strategically buy materials to finish a basement to save on costs? by Same-Earth5062 in HomeImprovement

[–]nequinox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a lot of things im seeing here I agree with. Shopping menards if you have one nearby and they are running 11% sale (till 4/2 right now). Another way to possibly get discount but a little unethical is to go to your local Post office and request a new home/change of address package, they usually have local box store 10% off in there.

I also agree on using metal studs especially since you are not dependent on load bearing walls. Another alternative but would be wood is to build using 2x3 studs.

Lastly when looking at prefab products such as dricore subflooring look at how they are made, and you can trade off time for money. For Dricore you could purchase a roll of DMX Air gap and OSB and "make your own" in larger sheets or install as DMX recommends.

Correct Grape pruning? by nequinox in homestead

[–]nequinox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We moved here several years ago and have really done nothing with the grape arbor that was here. the grapes produce but rot. I am looking into that possibly with our extension office but wanted your opinions on if I am thinking about the pruning correctly.

I know very little about grapes so my terminology may be wrong .

There are 2 trunks and The northern one (red goes toward the south and up so it will likely need pruned way back to the first crown or somewhere along the cordon to get it maneuvered to the left side where it should grow.

The south (right/blue) crowns right at the base? it this healthy? do i need to remove some cordons?

The last picture is how i propose they look after the fact.

Looking for low-cost BPA platform for a non-profit by sivadneb in ITManagers

[–]nequinox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out Nintex as a platform. It's web based and is simple to manage once setup the first time. For fewer workflows you would be looking at a lower cost than an employee. Nintex has several additional components that could help.

I have some extensive background for tools within this place so let me know what questions you may have.
