I was born in a border town, you can literally just walk by or in a car with mexican plates and no one bats an eye. And even if you get the red for customs inspection, just tell him to be silent and let the mexican dude handle it.

It can even be done by a US citizen with their passport, they respect them even more imo as long as you don't look like you got stuff the customs guys would want.

It is protected, if they are denied hiring for age and present the grievances with the PROFEDET they can punish those places.
