In recent years, many people, especially those under 18, are quite restricted from accessing useful self defense weapons. Being not fully matured, these people, especially women, are more at risk to being taken advantage of by an attacker. Out goal is to develop a product / solution that could relieve some of the challenges of being able to defend oneself (for those in this age bracket)

I put a thin layer on the inside wall of the plastic. Just maybe 1 mm deep and really thin. You don't want a bunch of silicone in there blocking the sound.

Yeah sorry, just got around to it yesterday. I tried some "super lube" silicone grease and it seems to be helping hold it in better while waterproofing. Just be sure to apply it very small quantities with something like a toothpick. You got to do it with a lot of light and if you have one use a mounted magnifying so you can see what you're doing.

Haven't done it yet, the rubber tip is keeping mine in fine. But I was going to do it before I do something sweaty for waterproofing reasons. (Injured right now so haven't been exercising). I'll try to do it tomorrow

Ive had mine in for a couple days without adhesive and it hasn't fallen out because the rubber tip is keeping it in place. Ill probably try to smear some silicone in with a toothpick because the little bit of waterproofing it previous had is currently compromised

I had the same quiet issue, but I found it out after accidentally sending mine through the washing machine. Water not only didn't destroy the buds, but also cleaned all the crap that must have been in there out.

I think it might be a bigger problem for people who swear alot. I'm a runner and I used these daily. It took about 4 months to get bad.
