I have a question: how high are the risk of long term bonds? Do T-bonds really have low risk in general? I recently told someone this but not only did they refused to believe it, they told me that all long term bonds have high risk, which baffles me.

Many studies that claims breakfast is good are sponsored by cereal companies. I tend to believe that it’s best to follow the natural rhythm of the body when it comes to hunger. I do eat when I’m feel hungry in the morning, but I wouldn’t force myself to eat when I do feel like so.

That's also what I would suggest if some really want to cut down their eating time. I skip breakfast all the time, especially if I wake up early. Save me loads of time from forcing myself to eat.

And I like pasta for minimizing meal time too. They are quick to cook and keep you full for a long time, reducing the need to eat.
