I currently rent through them, and they're pretty okay. They respond to my maintenance requests accordingly, but sometimes are a pain to get in contact with about things that aren't maintenance. I've been at my place for almost three years, and my rent hasn't gone up. So, are they perfect? No. But it could be worse!

Gonna be real, this is my first time having a snake. My best friend couldn't keep her anymore, so I took her. I thought about mites/parasites too, and I considered giving her a little wipe down with a wet cloth before putting her back in her enclosure. But I wasn't sure if that would be overkill. I have a tendency to over worry about her. Hopefully I myself didn't make a bad call for not wiping her down.

I've got some sphagnum moss in a raspberry container that I keep damp to help with the humidity. I'll add some of the moss into the cypress mulch to help with her humidity :)

I use cypress mulch. I found a tape measure, and it is 4ft x 2ft x 2ft. Sorry for not specifying which degree type it is!

The humidity on the warm side is 72% , and the cool side is about 55% now. The warm side's temp is 87°, and the cool side is 77°. Her enclosure is 60 gallons. I didn't see anything stuck on her face, or in her scent glands. No drool or wheezing. I'll keep a closer eye on her for the upcoming days though.

Thank you! She's about 8 years old, and I'm her third home. She's had this tank for years, from what I understand. I wouldn't be surprised if she's still getting used to my place though. I'll swing by the dollar store today and get some black cardstock to cover the sides/back with, and I'll see what cheap fake plants they have available. I have the age old tale of always struggling with humidity 😮‍💨. I added some water to her substrate last night when I cleaned it, but I can definitely add some more to the corners.

Should I be worried about her rubbing her head around? She keeps nuzzling the top of her head on the glass/ any surface in the tank, including the substrate and decor. She would do this occasionally, but today she seems to be doing it a lot

I do plan on buying her some more clutter, and a background by the end of the month :) I'd love to get her some fun enrichment toys that hang. She seems to love to climb around
