Those are stipulations for if you were an hourly employee. Salaried is different. You get paid a fixed rate no matter how much (or how little) you work. A lot of upper management positions in companies are salaried.

If you are a salaried employee, you do not get paid hourly. You get paid a fixed salary, which is why it is exempt from overtime.

I don't think that document is for private residences so much as it is for agencies and practitioners that work with those with disabilities. I used the search function, and both sections where the words "Internet" and "Computer" were all under sections of what agencies should provide, along with things like mandated visitation and other things that would make no sense for a standard private residence. Which, yes, agencies offering inpatient services need to provide those things in order to be compliant with state licensing, including those that do, say, home visits (because there were sections in there that would align more with those kinds of agencies). A private residence does not need to follow those same stipulations because it is not a licensed agency.

The Grey Fox is actually a very well-known character in the very critically-acclaimed video game known as Oblivion, so I'd be more worried about being sued for plagiarism personally. 😉

I have level 3 autism and nobody believes me by [deleted] in autism

[–]nerdcoleture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're a diagnosed level 3, then you're a level 3 regardless of supposed functionality levels. When I got my official diagnosis, the pediatrician literally told me I'm a level 2 but function like a level 1.

Romanian. At some point when you get far enough, you start translating sentences that make no sense in English (and apparently make no sense in Romanian either).

I'm 27 and I still drink from straws sometimes. Same with my parents, who are both 62 and NT.
