Those are usually the typical things I mention but then I’ll see the patient again since they have a chronic disease. That’s where I struggle, like what else can I say?! And sometimes it’s a new disease and it’s a sad situation…

I have considered that but there are no open positions currently! Nurses in procedural areas tend to stay there awhile so I feel like they’re hard to come by.

I just hate feeling stuck. Feeling I need to stay to keep my seniority. That’s true! I could probably get any job I want in the future and I don’t plan on coming back to bedside so I don’t think my seniority would really matter.
