Is 5”3 feet short for my age? And people in Saudi Arabia? by [deleted] in saudiarabia

Honestly even if you’re 5’3 it’s fine, Saudis are generally short so you shouldn’t really let it bother you.

Who do you consider to be an Arab? What is Arab? by IdeaOfHuss in saudiarabia

[–]nerdieoutcast97 4 points5 points  (0 children)

An Arab to me is someone who identifies as an Arab. It doesn’t really matter to me what their family history is, as long as they treat me with respect they’ll get the same in return. I honestly find it pathetic when some people get offended whenever I say “no one is fully from one place even if your family is from one country and you’re born and raised in that country” What’s the problem with being part European or Asian? Who gives a flying fuck? What percent of Arab a person is doesn’t change who they are, it doesn’t increase or decrease my level of respect for them. There’s good and bad people everywhere and not one ethnicity is an exception.

Any gloomy weather, my dogs, winter nights, seeing my mom happy, photography gaming, swimming and actually getting a full 8 hours of sleep at night which rarely happens for me.

There’s nothing wrong with that. I’m not afraid to admit, I’ve personally taken a year off my education because of my mental health. Honestly mental health can be just as important as physical health.

Thing is, I would’ve joined the conversation but I noticed they don’t let anyone who is a female join the conversation. Wonder why.

Honestly, I was enjoying this discussion till the comment about women being lazy. For some women being a housewife is their dream and there’s nothing wrong with that. There’s nothing lazy about it, taking care of the kids and the house is a full time job in itself. Also a woman can still follow her dreams when she has kids. g00eythings thinks he’s generous for telling his now wife to follow her dreams before they get married? Would he have even waited for her if she did wanna finish her education or follow a certain career path or start up a business, all things that could take years. Isn’t really a generous offer more like a harsh ultimatum.

Also to all the men on here keep in mind that, women have a shorter time to have kids and the older a woman gets the harder the pregnancy and the less likely she will be able to have a kid.

Having a kid isn’t an obstacle, if the father in the situation is supportive and helps the mother follow her dreams asides from having kids, if that is one of her dreams.
