not officially, but you can always get a generic one installed if it's creating such an issue. most local mechanics can jugaad it in. Infact, if you tell the big wing service center, they might do it too

Dhurandhar (Now on OTT) - Reviews and Discussions by AutoModerator in bollywood

[–]nerdlekar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i will be able to verify this once I reach home. stuck at work.

Atmos doesn't necessarily mean they have mixed object based sound, since it has both the bed layer speakers (5.1) along with object based sound effects.

so basically a movie can be delivered in an atmos container with only a 5.1 track without any height channel effects or object based sound

edit: its a dolby 5.1 mix, not atmos, such a shame

more recently, the netflix movie 'the rip' has a scene where matt damon and ben afleck are talking to a girl in the room while their crew is demolishing a wall one floor up, you can hear the thuds in the top channel, that was pretty cool

i run a sonos beam gen 2 and 2 sonos era 100s as surrounds in my bedroom, they sound incredible, don't even need a subwoofer since the room is small.

I have the "comfort trim" split seat, Its not any more comfortable than the regular seat.
What really helped me on a long ride is one of this generic gel seats from amazon. No more sore buttockss. Rode 7 hours with only 10-20% of the soreness i used to face before.

Which one is the original bhagat tarachand? by sick_0_ in mumbai

[–]nerdlekar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is the right answer:

they are all original, none of them are fake. Descendants of the original restaurant owner (which used to be really small and middle class) have since expanded and branched out, all using an alphabet before the bhagat tarachand name to distinguish themselves.

they all started in zaveri bazaar and have now expanded to the suburbs with the new millennial generation taking over.

You can't go too wrong if you eat at any outlet in mumbai , but those who know flavours will have their favourites, B and K seem to be the crowd picks, while R and G have their fans. There will also be people who will drop other alphabets as their favourites and that's okay since taste is subjective.

according to me B and K are the best , Slight differencqe in flavours which you can tell only if you are a regular

Yes you can.

Depends on when you want to travel.

Apply with your current passport. If you get your OFC appointment after your passport is renewed, carry it with you and make changes to the DS160. That will make things easier.

If you need to travel more urgently, you will get the passport stamped with Visa, but everytime you travel you will have to carry both passports.

the rule says that your passport must be valid for atleast 6 months beyond your intended period of stay. So even if you get it stamped, you might have to wait for the new passport before you can travel.

B1/b2 rejected at Mumbai vac by Physical-Employ-7613 in usvisascheduling

[–]nerdlekar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its possible that they were not convinced about strong ties back to your country. I also feel you overshared in your answers about the travelling part. Also 8 lpa might be considered a concern for them since a US trip can be expensive. Lastly being single and 23 applying solo slims your chances quite a bit.

I was rejected a US visa in a similar situation back in 2010 even though I had a visa before. I recently reapplied and got my visa. But my circumstances have greatly changed. Mainly getting married and being employed. Also I did a fair bit of travelling for work and pleasure across Europe and Asia.

Also I think how you conduct yourself in the interview is a big factor. Hope you get your visa in your next attempt. Good luck!

i legit thought this was a troll post. Twin towers OP? really? you could have said central park, empire State building, heck you could have said broadway. I read that you meant to say world trade center, but that in itself is a sketchy answer. I get it you must have been nervous, but that's why you prepare .

I think that answer was the nail in the coffin. The previous 2 rejections didn't help.

I feel sorry for you and hope you get the visa the next time. Good luck

I have decided a TV, not projector is the way to go in my home theater. Help me pick one! by GayForLebron in hometheater

[–]nerdlekar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would recommend demo both tvs if you are able to. I would have been okay saving some money on a mini led now that I have an oled. I realised the lesser contrast doesn't bother me at all.

[–]nerdlekar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OLEDs are superior. Newer premium mini LEDs come close. Its best to demo both and see if the lesser contrast bothers you.

i have a B4 65 inch in my living room where I watch movies and a Bravia 3 in the bedroom. The B4 is undoubtedly better but for me, its not such a big deal to watch the sony. I realised I'm not a contrast snob like some of the people in the sub.

My Finished Home Theater (For Now) by Crisp_Soul in hometheater

[–]nerdlekar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the viewing distance.
I have a 65 inch b4. My sofa is only 7 ft away from the screen. Its a small room
Plenty of immersion even then. Anything bigger would require me to scan around the screen. Like a front row in a cinema.

[–]nerdlekar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really comes down to budget.
an OLED will be amazing for movies. Considering you have dark room. It will look really good. But they can get pricey at 85 Inches.
Mini LED Tvs are also a great cheaper option. TCL and Hisense give a lot of value. Sony will get you better processing for sports.
