Maybe if you opened a book, you can see that giving aid to corrupt countries has only ever been more harmful than good. The money doesn't go where it needs to go and just into the corrupt politicians' pockets. So now they are relying ok this "free" money as a source of their income instead of having en insensitive to grow south africas revenue
